SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping and Delivery Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days with the exception of custom orders which will be processed and shipped within 6-8 weeks. Once your order is shipped out, we will update you with a tracking number via email.

 

International Shipping

 

We ship internationally with a few exceptions. All orders shipped to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees and the taxes of the destination country. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Package

 

In the case of merchandise received incorrectly or received in damaged or defective condition, you will need to notify us as soon as possible. We will offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair damaged or defective merchandise. When merchandise deemed damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the merchandise. Merchandise that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

Lost or Stolen Package

 

FIATI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
