Shipping and Delivery time

All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days depending on the item’s availability. Once your order is shipped out, we will update you with a tracking number via email.  

International Shipping

We ship internationally with a few exceptions. All orders shipped to a destination outside of the USA and Canada are subject to the import duties, fees and the taxes of the destination country. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect package

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

Lost or Stolen packages

FIATI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at sales@fiati.net with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return as well as a shipping label.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 10 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however, this is also subject to your bank's processing time.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
